Automated series production

After work, production continues: The TILTENTA 7-2000 NEO produces small and medium-sized series in unmanned operation thanks to its connection to the MARATHON SR415 pallet automation system. This optimises machine runtimes and reduces unit costs - around the clock.

Quick changeover.

By using the automation table, the TILTENTA can be converted from single parts to series production in a matter of minutes. The user produces long, bulky workpieces during the day and small to medium series are produced unmanned in the evening or at the weekend.

Lateral pallet loading.

Thanks to the lateral connection of the MARATHON SR415 to a TILTENTA machining centre, the work area remains fully accessible for set-up and control work. This means that crane loading, for example for one-off production during the day shift, is still possible.

Ergonomic design.

The MARATHON SR415 offers an ergonomic loading height of 810 mm up to the top edge of the pallet, which makes set-up considerably easier. A foot switch makes it easy to unlock the turning function.

Robust fork gripper.

The dirt-resistant and maintenance-free fork gripper offers high stability for heavy transfer weights. This contributes to the longevity and reliability of the machine.

Handling large, heavy parts.

With a transfer weight of 470 kg and a maximum clamping height of 500 mm, the MARATHON SR415 is specially designed for handling large, heavy single parts as repeat parts.

In modern CNC production, no two jobs are the same: Today prismatic 3-axis machining, tomorrow complex 5-axis components and then the machining of shafts, tubes or mouldings. With the FORTE 65 with rotating/swivelling table, HEDELIUS offers a machining centre that adapts quickly and efficiently to changing requirements for maximum productivity and safety.

The GEWO Feinmechanik GmbH & Co. KG relies on the 3-axis machining centre FORTE 85 Single 1620 from HEDELIUS for the production of high-precision components. The decisive factors for the investment were the high machine stability, the large Y travel path and the compact design of the CNC milling machine. In daily use, the FORTE 85 impresses with its precise machining results, high level of user-friendliness and economical production, even with difficult-to-machine materials. GEWO also reports productivity increases of 15 to 20 per cent and emphasises the partnership-based cooperation with HEDELIUS.

With the TILTENTA MILLTURN, HEDELIUS is opening a milling and turning machining centre on the market for the first time that combines both machining steps in one machine, thus enabling a continuous manufacturing process. Instead of having to reclamp workpieces several times or switch between different machines, the entire machining process takes place in one stable clamping, which simplifies processes and reduces sources of error.
